I know what the problem is and how to fix it, but this was with your auto installer that "adds the config files automatically"...

It is true that the modpack adds config files automatically, but only for mods that NEED the configs because the ones generated at start up do not match the server.
 The mods that currently have configs are:

• industrialcraft
• redpower
• not enough items
• rei's minimap

If you notice, buildcraft and powerconverters do no come with configs.  This is because the config that they generate works just fine.  This also means that if you change anything in those configs, it will not overwrite them to what is needed.  So in either BC or PC you had a block ID set to 255.  The modpack works properly, its something that you changed for BC or PC that is the problem.

This server is only advertised on McPortCentral - It needs a little more advertisement me thinks

Well, we had a good community for a bit, then they got scared away because the server kept crashing (not CreeperHost's fault, some members were SERVERLY overloading and crashing the server).  I want to start advertising the server everywhere once we get 1.2 that way people wont be on for like 1 week then 1.2 come out and not be able to play on it.
Plus we are going to make a new world with 1.2 because of the map height change.

Also, i need to setup some more plugins and we need to finalize what mods are going into the server.

no because the admins were mean and u guys messed up our house and just were really not fair so i went and started my own server and now we have 10 to 30 people on daily

What admins were mean? You mean the ones who turned off the 70 or so RedPower lamps you had on at THE SAME TIME? BTW, those lamps caused the server to crash CONSTANTLY because each one of them required a redstone calculation plus each switch you had powering it requried a redstone calculation.

Any other server would have banned you for stupidity.

And congratz on your server.  As stated before, mainly the reason no one is on is because we have not put the server out anywhere else because there is going to be map resets.  And personally kickbutt, you were not the... easiest person to get along with.

Well it looks like you have a quick temper when you start to insult people right away. If you think you are not treated properly go ahead and talk to the admin, maybe he can explain why he did what he did. Sometimes there is only a misunderstanding which can easily be resolved, don't you think?
The lamps for example: If the server lags, the admin can remove the lamps to test if they are causing it, if not he can restore them. If the lag goes away by removing them I think you would agree that it's better to find another lighting solution and play without lag.

Remember this is only a game and we all just want to have some fun .

If i remember correctly, you have a 'Creeper' level server correct? that means you have 3-4GB of ram. Meaning that 100 lamps might not show lag, but it defiantly uses alot of ram.  While we only have 1GB of ram right now.  So that uses all the ram and causes lag.  I know that I am right in this situation.  In addition, you are quick tempered and do insult others over the internet when your temper flares.
