Downloaded lastest 1.6.2 mcpc-plus.jar B-14 and it gave me this error as soon as I try to launch it.

2013-07-10 14:19:27 [FINE] [ForgeModLoader] Runtime patching class net.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer (input size 20487), found 1 patch
2013-07-10 14:19:27 [SEVERE] [ForgeModLoader] There is a binary discrepency between the expected input class net.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer (net.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer) and the actual class. Checksum on disk is 7863ddfb, in patch b40ccdea. Things are probably about to go very wrong. Did you put something into the jar file?
2013-07-10 14:19:27 [SEVERE] [ForgeModLoader] The game is going to exit, because this is a critical error, and it is very improbable that the modded game will work, please obtain clean jar files.

It was only the latest build #14 along with my created "launch.bat" file in the NEW folder.

Start your Server with the option java -Dfml.ignorePatchDiscrepancies=true -jar mcpc-plus-1.6.2-R0.1-forge789-B14.jar

Forge is checking the checksum on each file, it's very annoying. With the newest forge version this trick won't even work for the client and optifine...

This worked to actually get the server to run.

However, the mcpc isn't booting up normal, its not reading the mods in my mods folder and it doesn't complete making all the necessary folders like 'plugins' is still missing.

Getting this flood of errors:

I think the Problem lie here:

Quote
Build 1.6.2-9.10.0.780
   LexManos
      Updated FML:
MinecraftForge/FML@c997f2adbc4c11cd8c2abe5f82ccd00b0e954b68 FML now verifies that the minecraft jar is correct and intact. This is intended to discourage those who think that modifying the minecraft jar is still acceptable.
      MinecraftForge/FML@0db4624b27a5ecf59ed506ccfc26459ca26ee408 Don't initialize the server.
MinecraftForge/FML@4fa375683fdb7edff67c951fb371ab4a23435308 Fix NPE in new debug line when patch targets don't exist.

Quote
Build 1.6.2-9.10.0.777
   cpw
Drop two domain related fixes that have been applied in vanilla.
      Updated FML:
MinecraftForge/FML@c47d08c89dfcacb96e36c427593174e08dcb4224 Tweak debug data on patched classes
MinecraftForge/FML@dbf5fe38cee04288e92d57f8782114b452245bce We now generate an adler32 checksum for each patched file and verify at load time that they match. Mismatch won't crash, but will emit a big warning..
MinecraftForge/FML@e88a0cd13f63904f7317e1a73880611f58820389 Update for stealth update. Thanks mojang!
MinecraftForge/FML@2336002f20e9412a7663781b23c51de0eff6a692 The game is going to exit in face of patch mismatch, unless you force it to run with fml.ignorePatchDiscrepancies in the system

I have no idea how to solve this, hope for the next mcpc+ version  ;)

Thanks for trying to help man. It at least went in the right direction.

I feared that this would be the problem. I hope the next MCPC+ fix can figure this out because I've tried everything I know and I'm completely stumped.

Just tried the latest build #17

Log says it was successful but I'm still getting the same error messages.

Still won't load mod info or create 'plugins' folder or other folders like I'm used to MCPC+ doing.

Hope this helps somebody.

I get this when starting up with Biomes O Plenty
At first I thought it was just a BOP error, but it loads fine using Forge 789
aside from this Build #18 seems to be running perfectly

I have even tried with no other mods as you can see in the crash report

Any ideas?
