1: Wrong part of forum. You wanted 'SSP convert to SMP Requests'.
2: 1.3.1 would require the mod developer to update their mod, thus being smp (just not bukkit).
3: I'm not quite sure what you mean by having 'Both types of Server, Bukkit, jar. Need for jar'. There's either vanilla 'server.jar' or 'bukkit.jar'.
