This sounds like a good server. Can I be whitelisted? IRC:tryme1029
Whitelisted and sent setup instructions. Sorry for the delay, these forums where down for a while..
On my server i also play we use hot air balloons but we set water bucket to last 4x longer than default in a balloon, coal stayed same, it's kinda only option since carrying lot of buckets is just pure pain
I've also considered allowing IC2 water cells or Forestry water cans to be used, but, have been hesitant to make changes here since I wouldn't want the hot air balloon to be too overpowered.. after all, water is plentiful and infinite as long as you have two filled buckets on hand, so having to carry buckets means you more often having to stop and refill which gives other players a chance to ambush etc. You could also carry extra stuff in Forestry backpacks, or use a Chestpack
to store any extra items.
And there are other flying options which have different tradeoffs, which may be better in different circumstances. The THX Helicopter doesn't require fuel of any kind, but is more expensive to build, and flies slower. The Gravitation Suite is the most expensive, but is the best if you have enough energy to charge it.
What the hell is that thing that killed me in 2 shots with full nano suit armor on me?
cpy was slain by entity.BigCat.name? Big cats can be very dangerous..
right-clicking on a horse with an horse saddle put on gives this error (and on my server too) :
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: n must be positive
at java.util.Random.nextInt(Unknown Source)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)
Sounds like a problem in the mod itself... Just letting you know!
Confirmed, thanks for the report. Also other problems with horses in Mo' Creatures 3.7.1 reported at http://www.mcportcentral.co.za/index.php?topic=2535.msg19738#msg19738
. Waiting for a better port.. but most other things seem to work well, so I figured I'd update early for the clients to update, then install any server-side fixes for the port when they become available. I'm also using an early port of Railcraft 5.4.7 from here http://www.mcportcentral.co.za/index.php?topic=3322.msg19160#msg19160
- but it seems to be less buggy, so far at least.
