Block ID conflict with Industrial Craft 2's Remote Dynamite. Had to change Dynamite's ID to 214.

Bug:

in ssp this uses a file in the config folder called mod_Clevercraft.cfg to allow you to configure the block id, however in the bukkit port no such file is created, placing it manualy in the servers config folder also does not work, it cant seem to see it.
Really need to change the block ID to be able to use is there a way i dont know off?
